CAST Scholarship Program

If you’ve attended the Science Teachers Association of Texas’ annual Conference for the Advancement of Science Teaching—known as CAST—you know what a dose of inspiration and excitement it provides to science teachers at all grade levels. This three-day conference of all things science, attended by nearly 5,000 science educators and advocates, is an experience like no other!

STAT is proud to provide financial assistance to educators who wish to attend CAST through its annual scholarship program. In 2022 STAT will award $750 scholarships to up to 20 educators to support their participation in CAST22, November 10–12 in Dallas. Scholarships may be used in any way to support conference attendance (registration, hotel, travel, or substitute payment).
